Tablet test: result and procedure

Also completed on both hosts: 60-minute UIX tablet soak.

2026-10-19 · App 0.1.327 · HA 2026.10.2 · 192.168.178.177 / 192.168.178.68.

The user confirms 12 and 360 Cards, then 720 Cards on both hosts, including theme changes and reconnection.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A6, Android 11 / LineageOS, Chrome Mobile 155. After stopping other Apps, the user reports responsive browser operation. Stream Deck remains unchanged.

User-reported functional qualification, not FPS/memory or long-term measurements. Separate detailed portrait/landscape results were not reported. Card-Mod 4.2.1 alone with Bubble 3.4.2 and Mushroom 5.2.3; this first stage did not qualify UIX; the later soak is linked above.

Fresh full backups precede the test. Owned dashboards, resources and states are removed; WWW files are in recoverable File Studio Trash. Old temporary links are removed and are no longer active entry points.

All seven projects and six plugins per host, 531 captured existing files on .177 and nine on .68 are preserved, including original theme settings and old trash entries. Three newest full backups remain per host; PC backups are retained.

For future runs, start with a lightweight browser check, then 12, 360 and 720 Cards. Increase only when responsive; check portrait/landscape, scrolling, synthetic states, themes and reconnect without reload. Restore the original theme. Create owned dashboards in the sidebar without Admin-only. Never load Card-Mod and UIX in parallel.

The later UIX hour is completed. Independent rendering-latency and memory-trend measurements remain open.
